Support groups can give survivors and caregivers a sense of community and identity.
In addition to the programs provided by Brain Injury Services for our clients and caregivers, below are groups and programs available in the community.

MedStar Health Physical Therapy BFit! Power-based Exercise Program | Mondays and Wednesdays, starting September 9, 5:30 – 7 PM
MedStar Health Physical Therapy, 4040 Fairfax Dr., Ste. 120, Arlington, VA
BFit! is a FREE power-based exercise program for patients aged 5-21 with neuromuscular challenges. It lasts 12 weeks and consists of two 60–90-minute weekly sessions. Front Royal Stroke Support Group | Monday, September 2, 4:30 – 6 PM
