Through a partnership with Elderlink, we are happy to present the evidence-based program A Matter of Balance, which helps to decrease falls in older adults. Topics covered will be viewing falls as controllable, setting realistic goals for increasing activity, making changes to reduce fall risk at home, and exercising to increase strength and balance.

Living With Brain Injury Support Group

Living With Brain Injury is a peer support group for survivors of brain injury. Join for a conversation among peers.  This is not a therapy group, and it is not run or supervised by medical or mental health professionals.
