We welcome all of the Brain Injury Services Community, including clients, caregivers, staff, friends, and family members to join in on the fun by casting your votes for your favorite creations!

OTHER INFORMATION
JUDGING CRITERIA
Please consider the following judging criteria as you submit your ratings for each artistic creation.
- CREATIVITY: uniqueness & originality – imaginative use of materials, ideas
- TECHNIQUE: good use of chosen materials, medium, and tools
- ELEMENTS OF ART: line, shape, texture, form, space, color, and value
- TOTAL PRESENTATION: appropriately finished, design, and fit within the chosen category
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
- ART – Open-ended and unstructured expression of creativity! Includes: painting, drawing, sketching, photography, digital art
- CRAFT – Involves skills and experience to create something with utility that is decorative, functional, or both! Includes: sculptures, woodworking, weaving, knitting, crochet, quilting, embroidery, jewelry, seasonal decor, glass-work, pottery, etc
- COMPOSITION – Arrangement of words, including: essays, short stories, lyrics, & poetry
- CULINARY – Preparing, cooking and/or presentation of food items. May include photos of the process of or capture of the final product of a dinner, appetizer, snack or dessert item!
WINNERS OF THE ART EXHIBITION
One winner will be chosen for each of the four categories and winners will be announced at the Art Show & Exhibition on Thursday, November 13th on zoom at 1:00PM. Winners will be awarded with a $50 gift card and bragging rights!
*Winners will be determined by popular vote on a public voting platform.
