COVID-19 UPDATE

Considering the recent announcements from the CDC and the Commonwealth of Virginia, we are now offering services virtually, by phone, or in-person at a BIS location.

All in-person services are by appointment only. For in-person services, you will conduct daily self-screening for any symptoms and will need to review and sign our BIS Covid-19 Self Screening and Safety Policy prior to the start of every visit and BIS Covid-19 Acknowledgement Form before your first appointment.  For in-person services, a mask must be worn by everyone present.

Our groups are available for clients and caregivers only and will continue virtually through August 2021.

Thank you for your understanding during this unusual time.

With best wishes for continued good health,

Brain Injury Services

Make A Pledge for Brain Research

Similar to organ donation, the pledge of one’s brain is a precious gesture that helps others in a truly impactful way.

Soccer icon Brandi Chastain, NASCAR superstar Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Olympic medalists Hayley Wickenheiser, Angela Ruggiero, and Elana Meyers Taylor are among the nearly 5,000 people who have made the pledge to the Concussion Legacy Foundation.

The CLF Research Registry comprises the Brain Donation Registry (BDR) and Clinical Research Registry (CRR). You may sign up for one or both.
