It is possible to write one’s way to greater ease and well-being. As a Certified Journal Therapist Deb offers private instruction, workshops, online courses and retreats in the art and science of creating and keeping a journal.  Expressive Writing/Journaling is an evidence based practice that has been found to be beneficial when faced with health challenges and life transitions.   Journaling can also contribute to  greater vitality, resilience, creativity and happiness.
