Our body responds to our emotions. When we are attracted to someone, we feel like we have butterflies in our stomachs, and when we are anxious, we think we have knots. Working directly with the body to release the stress response leads to a relaxed mind and heart.


In this six-week class series, we will gain an understanding of our nervous system. We will learn how to activate our relaxation response nervous system by using body-oriented movements to release trauma. Benefits include improved sleep, digestion, happier relationships, and more profound meditations.
