- 📋 Understand what to expect in each group meeting
- 🧰 Learn about resources and supports available for caregivers
- ❤️ Understand why caring for yourself matters when supporting someone with a brain injury
- 💬 Share successes and challenges with other caregivers in a safe, supportive space
