BIS Clients and Caregivers
A FREE 6-week workshop for adults living with chronic health conditions. It is designed to promote action planning for healthy living, well-being, and self-management of one’s chronic disease.
This workshop, offered in partnership with Fairfax County’s Elderlink, is for BIS clients with chronic illnesses and their caregivers.
Chronic illness can include conditions such as arthritis, heart problems, asthma and other respiratory conditions, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Space is limited. RSVP by March 1, 2024, to receive the materials needed for the workshop.
