Join Deborah Ross, LPC, Certified Journal Therapist and co-author of, "Your Brain on Ink," for a 6 week journaling workshop.
Participants will learn about the myths of journaling:
*you don't have to write every day,
*there are many journaling techniques beyond just sitting down to write, and
*some techniques can be completed in 5-10 minutes.
You will learn at least 6 writing techniques plus the all important, "Reflection Write," that helps you be more effective in guiding your writing.
