Living WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a safe place where clients share the wellness tools that have been helpful for them over the years, explore new wellness tools, and support one another.

The Trauma Survivors Network (TSN) TBI Support group is a monthly support group for survivors and caregivers offering support, coping skills, and education to attendees. The TBI Support Group is co-facilitated by Joy Koeppen, of Brain Injury Services, and Shira Rothberg of Trauma Survivors Network. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this group is currently not meeting.
