A virtual group on understanding ambiguous loss as it relates to grief. During this course, we will explore the many different components that make up ambiguous loss, what it looks like, and explore ways on becoming your best self despite it all. We will engage in a variety of different activities, using open group conversations and self-exploration! The hope of this group is to teach tools and provide education that further support your own goal achievement, as well as explore how one’s journey is unique from the other.
