Calm, stress relief, emotional self-regulation improved focus and attention, inner harmony. These are some of the potential benefits of practicing mindfulness and meditation. Interested?
Shanti Douglas will lead us for 6 weeks, sharing what mindfulness and meditation are about and helping you to get into a regular practice of adding presence to your day.
Each class will have some education, instruction, practice time, and Q&A. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to practice what you’re learning in between classes.

Group is limited to 10 people. We will take participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shanti Douglas is a Mindfulness, Optimize, and HeartMath® Certified Trainer and Coach, the owner of 8 limbs Holistic Health, LLC, and the
author of Everyday Ease: Mindfully Moving From Burnout to Balance.
Based on current recommendations of the CDC and local health officials, groups hosted by Brain Injury Services will meet via Zoom. To receive a secure Zoom invitation, you must register to attend.
