Well-being is a skill that we can learn and strengthen. We’re born with the capacity, and we can grow it. Bring your journal and learn some writing techniques that can support well-being’s 4 pillars- Awareness, Connection, Insight, and Purpose. We’ll talk about the pillars and what they mean including some of the exciting research. And we’ll do some writing to invite more well-being into your life. You do not have to share your writing. You will learn a safe sharing process so your writing can be private while you participate.
